Franchise Management Services is seeking an HR Coordinator/Recruiter to support multi-location Dunkin’ restaurants across Delaware and Maryland. The role offers remote work options, competitive pay, and opportunities for career development.

You will manage postings, screen candidates, conduct interviews, onboard new hires, and assist with HR policy administration and compliance. A High School diploma with 2+ years HR experience or a Bachelor's degree in HR is required.

Provide information about Franchise Management Services Inc., benefits, and job opportunities.· Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately· Match applicants with positions and locations based on their experience, skills, work schedule availability, and location preference. Our network operates locations on the Eastern Shore and in the Baltimore-Annapolis area. Schedule applicants for interviews based on the hiring manager availability.· Provide great candidate experience throughout the application and interview process; promptly communicate with candidates.· Participate in various recruiting events such as job fairs, campus recruiting, open interview events at locations, and other recruiting events.· Initiate and provide help with onboarding processes· Assist with the pre-employment appointments (e.g., making copies/scanning of documents, verifying documents, running driving records & background checks, etc.).· Review background check results and obtain explanation from applicants· Assists the HR Department in the daily administration of various HR projects· Other duties as assigned.Education & Experience:· High School Diploma and minimum of 2 years of HR experience is required; or a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field and at least 1 year of HR experience.· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and zoom is required.· Experience with social media recruiting· Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.· Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy, attention to details, and adherence to company policies and procedures.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.· Creative thinking with some analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work.Working Conditions:· Shared in-office and home-office work, remote-work· Access to wired internet connection is required· Private work area and adequate power source is needed· Personal computer & headset with microphone is requiredIf you like high standards and aspire to be a part of a dynamic growth organization with a career track, please apply immediately.In return for your loyalty and determination to succeed we will offer you an exciting career within our growing business.You are applying for work with a franchisee of Dunkin’, not Dunkin’ Brands, Inc. or any of its affiliates.
