Job summary

Franchise Management Services is seeking an HR Coordinator/Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment and daily HR tasks for its Dunkin’ franchise network in the Delaware and Maryland area.

The role requires a people-first mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle high-volume, multi-location recruiting with a focus on onboarding and compliance. Remote-friendly and in-office flexibility are available for this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and minimum of 2 years HR experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year HR experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Zoom.
• Experience with social media recruiting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive information.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while ensuring accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with full-life cycle recruiting (sourcing, pre-screening, scheduling interviews).
• Must have working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Coordinate postings of open positions and conduct initial phone/virtual interviews.
• Provide information about Franchise Management Services Inc., benefits, and job opportunities.
• Review background check results and obtain explanation from applicants.
• Assists the HR Department in the daily administration of various HR projects.
