Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks a Manager of HR Programs to lead day-to-day compensation programs, onboarding workflows, and people analytics. You will collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to ensure compliant, accurate pay practices across the organization.

You will oversee HRIS data integrity, govern government reporting, and drive improvements to onboarding content and compensation policies. This role reports to HR leadership and guides managers on compensation strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, or similar field.
• 5+ years in a HR Generalist or HR Specialist role with onboarding/total rewards focus.
• 1-2 years of people management experience.
• HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day compensation processes for onboarding, promotions, transfers, and other personnel actions.
• Ensure client-specific requirements are met for internal bench employees and manage escalations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Finance to ensure accuracy of job data, salary details, and compensation components.
• Guide managers on offering consistent, equitable compensation packages.
• Maintain onboarding modules/templates in internal systems, compliant with government standards.
• Ensure HRIS data integrity and consistent HR data across sources.
• Oversee People Analytics and provide guidance as needed.
• Monitor compensation reporting laws and assess impact on policies and processes.
• Develop and maintain a library of job descriptions with version control and accessibility.
• Support ad-hoc compensation and government-compliance projects.
• Assist merger and acquisition activities with data transfer and integration.
