Job summary

Remotebridge is seeking an HR & People Operations Expert on a contract basis. The role is fully remote with global scope, and strong English required (B2+). Pay is up to $90/hour with approximately 10 hours per task.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on responsibility in payroll, workforce planning, HR policy, or employee lifecycle operations.
• Experience creating or applying structured standards: HR policies, payroll checklists, process documentation, compliance frameworks, or training assessments.
• Comfortable working across spreadsheets, reports, and policy documents at the same time.
• HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, PHR or equivalent) is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-step HR and people operations tasks drawn from real HR work with objective grading criteria.
• Define objective grading criteria so two reviewers reach the same verdict.
• Build tasks that require judgment, not lookup, using policy docs and payroll data.
• Create or source supporting materials: policy documents, payroll reports, headcount data, employment agreements.
• Flag ambiguous or ungradable tasks and deliver on schedule.
