Job summary

Remotebridge is seeking a Business Operations Expert for a fully remote, global contractor role. You will design realistic, multi‑step operations tasks with objective grading criteria and provide supporting materials such as spreadsheets and reports.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in operations, strong Excel skills, and excellent English (B2+). AI/LLM evaluation experience is a plus. Compensation is up to $90/hour equivalent, with flexible scheduling and no geographic limits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in business operations, reporting, process design, or workflow management.
• Experience creating or applying structured standards: SOPs, QA checklists, process docs, SLAs, or training assessments.
• Strong Excel capability and ability to reason across multiple documents simultaneously.
• Excellent English written and spoken (B2 minimum, C1 preferred).
• AI or LLM evaluation experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-step, operation‑oriented tasks with objective grading criteria.
• Define objective grading so two reviewers reach the same verdict.
• Create tasks that rely on reading materials rather than lookup.
• Source or create supporting materials: spreadsheets, extracts, process docs.
• Identify ambiguous or ungradable tasks and flag them.
• Deliver tasks on schedule and at required quality.
