micro1 is a data lab that helps AI labs and enterprises train foundational models and agents. We provide frontier evaluations and reinforcement learning environments to improve LLM capabilities, as well as contextual evaluations to monitor and improve AI agents in enterprise settings.

Role Title: HR & People Operations Expert. Location: Remote, global. Pay: Up to $90/hour equivalent. Your tasks: design multi-step HR and people operations tasks with objective criteria for grading the output.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on payroll, workforce planning, or lifecycle operations.
• Experience creating structured standards: HR policies, checklists, or training assessments.
• Strong English, written and spoken.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and policy documents.

Responsabilidades

• Design multi-step HR tasks drawn from real payroll operations and lifecycle processes.
• Define objective grading criteria for consistent reviewer verdicts.
• Create or source supporting materials: policy docs, payroll reports, headcount data.
• Deliver tasks on schedule and to quality standards.
