Oliver Hotels & Resorts Corporate is seeking an HR & Payroll Generalist to back up HR and payroll across our hotel portfolio. You'll be the main contact for benefits questions, provide payroll processing coverage, and support property leaders with day-to-day HR needs.

With hotels in multiple states, experience with HR rules across states is a plus. Remote work is supported, with occasional travel to properties and meetings as needed. This role reports to the Corporate Director of Human Resources.

Formación

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience including benefits.
• Hands-on multi-state payroll processing experience.
• Knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ACA, COBRA, ADA, and I-9 rules.
• Experience with an HRIS/payroll platform and strong Excel skills.
• Discretion with confidential information and professional communication.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred (SHRM/PHR optional).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as main contact for benefits questions and enrollments.
• Provide payroll processing backup and audits.
• Monitor state unemployment rates and respond to claims.
• Support HR generalist duties, onboarding, and policy guidance.
• Assist with recruiting, HR reporting, and compliance.
• Maintain HRIS records and assist with leaves and investigations.
