Job summary

Oliver Hospitality, LLC in Nashville seeks a hands-on Human Resources Generalist to own the payroll lifecycle across hourly and salaried team members, including tipped staff. You will partner with the Corporate HR Director on payroll, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and HR reporting.

The ideal candidate is detail-driven, deadline-oriented, and serves managers and staff with a hospitality-focused approach.

Qualifications

3+ years of HR generalist experience including multi-state payroll.

Responsibilities

Lead payroll processing in Paycom end-to-end for all employees, including tipped staff.
Reconcile timecards with property managers and resolve discrepancies.
Enter and audit new hires, terminations, pay-rate changes, and garnishments in Paycom.
Process off-cycle payments, final pay and corrections per state final-pay rules.
Administer benefits, 401(k) and deductions; reconcile with carriers.
Support year-end processing, W-2s and audits; coordinate with Paycom.
Train property managers on Paycom timekeeping and self-service tools.
Maintain Paycom configuration: codes, accruals, schedules, approvals.
Draft payroll procedures and calendars; document backups for uninterrupted runs.
