Job summary

Oliver Hospitality Management in Nashville, TN is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to own payroll across multiple properties. You will manage hourly and salaried staff, including tipped employees, and ensure Paycom data integrity.

In addition to payroll, you will assist with recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, and HR reporting, while maintaining accuracy and compliance in a hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR generalist experience, including multi-state payroll.
• Hands-on Paycom payroll experience (or similar) and willingness to master Paycom.
• Working knowledge of FLSA and state wage-and-hour rules.
• Strong Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and reconciling payroll data.
• High accuracy and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll processing end-to-end for hourly and salaried staff across properties.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee relations and HR reporting.
• Maintain Paycom data accuracy and HRIS records.
• Ensure compliance with wage laws, tax filings and year-end processing.
• Train managers on Paycom timekeeping and self-service tools.
