Job summary

PuzzleHR is seeking an HR Operations Supervisor - Managed Benefits to lead a specialized benefits operations team remotely in the United States. The role includes supervising Benefits Coordinators, implementing improvements, and guiding client service and escalations.

You will manage onboarding, SOP development, and cross-team collaboration to ensure client success and smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years’ related experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• 2+ years in related benefits and/or HCM preferred.
• Experience with Smartsheet project boards preferred.
• SHRM/PHR/CEBS Certification preferred.
• Demonstrated eye for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational supervision, development, support, and guidance to the Managed Benefits Team.
• Facilitate clear and effective employee and client communication.
• Create and deliver proactive employee training sessions for the team.
• Lead collaboration to establish client success.
• Manage internal recruiting and onboarding for the Managed Benefits Team.
• Support creation of SOPs for managed benefits processes and support.
• Collaborate with leadership on service improvements and resource planning.
• Address escalations and provide support to team and clients accordingly.
• Oversee performance management, recognition, time/attendance, payroll approvals, onboarding/offboarding.
