Job summary

PuzzleHR is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to manage client benefit programs remotely across the United States. You’ll leverage your knowledge of health insurance, carrier systems, and payroll interfaces to support onboarding, enrollments, and life-event changes while delivering top-notch service.

This client-facing role requires strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work with brokers, carriers, and vendors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; equivalent experience.
• Three or more years payroll and benefits experience required.
• Employee onboarding and offboarding experience preferred.
• Experience with online project boards preferred (Smartsheet).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal partners, clients, vendors, and client employees.
• Facilitate client onboarding, new hire enrollments, terminations, and life-event changes.
• Assist with open enrollment.
• Consult clients on system design/configuration across carrier and payroll systems.
• Perform necessary clerical tasks.
• Implement solutions benefiting the entire client organization.
• Prepare client/employee correspondence as requested.
• Other duties as assigned.
