Job summary

HighLevel, a remote-first company, is seeking a Benefits Operations Manager to own day-to-day US health benefits, optimize delivery, and help shape our global benefits philosophy.

You'll partner with the Chief of Staff to manage vendor performance, run a year-round benefits education program, and build scalable processes that improve employee experience across a fast-growing, globally distributed workforce.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of benefits experience in US administration and operations.
• Strong knowledge of US health and welfare benefits, ERISA, ACA, COBRA, 125 and 401(k) operations.
• Proven ability to evaluate issues, weigh tradeoffs, and recommend scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day US health benefits administration (medical, dental, vision, life, FSA/HSA, 401(k), EAP, enrollments, and COBRA).
• Manage benefits ticket intake, resolution, escalation, and trend analysis to improve service.
• Lead vendor and carrier relationships with brokers, carriers, and benefits vendors.
• Partner with leadership to develop and evolve global benefits philosophy across countries.
• Lead global benefits education programs to help employees understand and use benefits.
• Design and optimize well-being programs and employee perks to align with philosophy.
• Create intuitive benefits communications and workflows for employees and managers.
• Maintain clear benefits documentation, controls, and source-of-truth records.
• Drive continuous improvement using data, feedback, and performance trends.
• Translate complex topics into practical guidance for leaders and employees.
