Job summary

PayNearMe is seeking an HR Operations Generalist to support our US-based workforce in a fully remote capacity. You will own onboarding and benefits administration, maintain precise employee records, and help ensure HR compliance and data accuracy across systems.

Fluency in English is essential, as is a Bachelor's in HR or related field and 2–4 years of HR operations experience. You will work with HR platforms like HiBob and ADP, driving process improvements, data migrations, and cross-time-zone

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of HR or people operations experience, focused on HR operations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the employee onboarding process end-to-end, coordinating orientation schedules.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
• Maintain and update employee records across HR systems, auditing for accuracy and confidentiality.
• Contribute to HR process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain HR compliance documentation, supporting audits and reporting requirements.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and onboarding status.
