Job summary

Crystalia Glass is seeking an organized HR Operations Specialist (Russian & English) to join our remote team. You will manage day-to-day HR administration, maintain clean employee data, handle time tracking via Uattend, and support payroll preparation.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–2+ years of HR experience and a Bachelor's in HR or a related field, fluent in Russian and English. You will work in a fully remote, international environment using Workable, Google Workspace, ClickUp, and

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of HR administration, HR operations, or payroll support.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluent Russian and English (C1+) with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee profiles and documentation in our HR system (Workable).
• Support administrative processes across the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, terminations, status changes).
• Track and monitor working hours, absences, and leave records via Uattend and coordinate with managers to resolve discrepancies.
• Consolidate and prepare payroll input data for the Finance/Payroll team and help resolve discrepancies.
• Draft and distribute clear HR communications and serve as a point of contact for HR procedures.
• Maintain HR databases and assist in refining HR templates and workflows.
