Qualifications

• 6+ years in an international digital/IT HR BP/HRD role.
• Implement end-to-end HR processes: hiring, onboarding, training, succession, evaluation.
• Manage payroll budget, turnover, engagement with analytics.
• Fluent in Russian and English.

• Ensure personnel effectiveness and alignment with strategic goals.
• Staffing management to meet workforce needs and probation completion.
