TEKsystems is seeking an experienced HR Operations & Recruiting Coordinator to support the full candidate and employee lifecycle in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. This remote role partners with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and employees to ensure smooth recruiting operations, onboarding, HR support, and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–4+ years in HR Operations, HR Coordination, or Recruiting Coordination.
• Experience supporting recruiting ops and onboarding processes.
• Hands-on Workday experience: data entry, new hires, audits, reporting.
• Experience coordinating interviews, travel, and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruiting operations, including interview scheduling, virtual interviews, candidate travel, and background checks.
• Support onboarding activities: new hire docs, offer audits, IT coordination for new hires.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries, guiding on policies and self-service transactions.
• Maintain employee records and files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Perform HR data entry, audits, updates, and reporting in Workday.
• Create and maintain HR resources (policies, FAQs, guides, knowledge articles).
• Partner with HRBP, recruiters, and COE to support projects and improvements.
• Escalate sensitive matters with discretion while preserving confidentiality.
• Identify opportunities to improve experiences through ops and continuous improvement.
