CyberSheath Services International LLC is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to scale culture, streamline operations, and support our people in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role blends strategic partnership with hands-on execution to help build the company infrastructure as it grows.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR experience, a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, and strong proficiency with HRIS systems (BambooHR, UKG, Workday) plus collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in tech, SaaS, or fast-growth startups.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• SHRM-SCP or PHR designation highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with HRIS platforms and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding.
• Manage HRIS data integrity, audits, and reporting cycles (EEO, ACA, etc.).
• Provide coaching on performance management, conflict resolution, and career development.
• Administer benefits programs and assist with compensation benchmarking.
• Maintain and update Employee Handbook and policies to ensure compliance.
• Partner with leadership to foster a remote, high-performance culture.
