Job summary

SandboxAQ is hiring a HR Operations Lead to own and evolve the People Infrastructure in North America, with select global overlap. The role is senior, hands-on, and leads a growing team, driving systems design and practical solutions for scalable employee experiences.

You will shape HR processes, partner across People, Talent, Finance, Legal, IT, and Security, and push for AI-enabled workflows to improve quality, speed and scale as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 9+ years of progressive experience across HR systems, operational infrastructure, and policy execution.
• Experience leading HR Operations or People Operations teams, including regional or multi-jurisdictional scope.
• Strong systems orientation and ability to design scalable HR infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own HR Operations for North America across the employee lifecycle and partner on global processes.
• Lead operational excellence across changes, leaves, separations, compliance, documentation and support.
• Own and improve core HR systems, workflows, and operating infrastructure for scale and reliability.
• Translate policy into clear processes and durable operating practices with governance.
