Job summary

Wealthspire is seeking an HR Operations Generalist to deliver HR services across the organization. Reporting to the Global HR Operations & Services Leader, you will serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and support HR operations across functions using standardized processes.

You will also support Payroll & Benefits teams and assist with M&A transactions, with the role fully remote.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of HR operations experience or generalist roles.
• Experience managing HR case management systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle procedures and HR regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with Payroll and Benefits processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR ServiceNow ticket management and triage.
• Provide Tier 1 support for payroll, benefits, time off, leaves, and HR policies.
• Coordinate large lifecycle events and data updates across HRIS, Payroll, Benefits and IT.
• Support HR compliance governance and policy updates with Legal and HR leadership.
• Assist with HR integrations, SOPs, and HR system rollouts.
