Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries in ServiceNow, resolving cases within SLA across onboarding, benefits, payroll, and policies.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, IT, and legal teams to answer a broad range of employee questions.
• Administer Mexico-specific programs (meal vouchers, savings fund) and respond to related inquiries.
• Maintain confidential on-site employee records and ensure accessibility for proper teams.
• Coordinate retrieval of company hardware following separations on a monthly cadence.
• Provide escalation support to COE groups and leverage Spanish where needed.
• Support Mexico office events and vendor interactions, including logistics.
