Werben HR LLC is seeking a Semi-Senior HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, and people operations across our international team, with a remote LATAM focus.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR records, and policies, collaborating with managers worldwide. This role offers USD compensation, paid time off, and access to certifications and coworking spaces.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR Generalist or People Operations (SSR role)
• Advanced English (C1) – written and verbal
• Fluent Spanish (C2) – written and verbal
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and dynamic environments

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across countries
• Coordinate interviews, screen candidates, and conduct HR interviews
• Prepare and publish accurate job descriptions
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for a smooth experience
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Support employee engagement, well-being, and retention initiatives
• Answer HR related questions and explain policies and processes
• Assist with performance management and development initiatives
• Support implementation and improvement of HR policies and processes
• Coordinate benefits, time-off tracking, and other HR admin tasks
• Organize activities using agile methods and collaborate with international teams
