Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an HR Operations Specialist for a remote, US/EU‑experience role. You will be the first HR point of contact, support the HR Manager, and manage employee data across the lifecycle from offers to offboarding.

Responsibilities include onboarding, payroll documentation for four jurisdictions, organizing records, updating the org chart, and supporting reports and cross‑functional HR projects. Fluency in English is required, German desirable.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the Philippines and prior experience supporting employees in the US/UK/Europe
• At least 5 years of HR operations experience in a multinational company
• Excellent communicator with fluent English; German desirable
• Willingness to work part-time hours

Responsibilities

• Support a wide range of HR activities including general HR administration
• Assist onboarding and draft onboarding plans for new employees
• Ensure documentation for payroll processing across four jurisdictions (Switzerland, UK, USA, Germany)
• Coordinate the new joiner's first day and IT onboarding and track check-ins
• Support HR-related communications and update the HR SharePoint site
