Placements24 in Paarl is seeking a diligent and proactive HR Officer to manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, compliance, payroll support and recruitment administration. The role requires you to partner with management to implement HR policies and ensure best practices across the organization.

You will maintain HR records, prepare reports on HR metrics, support payroll and benefits processes, and help coordinate interviews and applicant pipelines.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in an HR Officer or similar role.
• Solid understanding of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office environment.

Responsibilities
