Job summary

LearnTastic is seeking an organized HR Executive to lead day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and engagement efforts. The role emphasizes accuracy, discretion, and proactivity in supporting managers and employees.

The ideal candidate will drive compliance, manage records, and implement development initiatives while collaborating across Finance and other teams to deliver seamless HR services. Remote work is available for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Experience in HR, recruitment, HR administration, or employee relations.
• Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, HR policies, and employment compliance.
• Experience with HR administration, including employee records, attendance, leave, payroll, or benefits.
• Familiarity with HR systems; experience with Keka is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and digital administrative tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate effectively across teams.
• A proactive approach, strong sense of ownership, and commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll administration, and engagement.
• Coordinate recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding and integration.
• Address employee questions, support conflict resolution, and maintain confidentiality.
• Coordinate performance reviews, training, and employee development initiatives.
• Maintain payroll-related data, attendance, leave, compensation, and benefits records.
• Support initiatives to improve engagement, well-being, and retention in the workplace.
• Prepare HR reports, monitor metrics, and identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance and other teams to ensure effective HR service delivery.
