Qualifications

• Expertise in Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment.
• Proficiency in Performance Management, Policy Development, and HR Compliance, Annual Reporting.
• Strong skills in Organizational Development, Training, and Employee Engagement.
• Knowledge of HR Information Systems (HRIS) and workplace regulations, including Labor Laws for several states, ACA, OPFL.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• HR Certification (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar HR leadership role is required - at least 5 years of experience.
• Oversee training, payroll and benefits.
• Workers Compensation administration.

• Responsible for employees in Oregon, Idaho, California, Washington, Texas, Montana, Georgia, Arizona Kansas and Nevada

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, and compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies, foster a positive workplace culture, and align with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with leadership and support employee development initiatives.
• Travel up to 50% to Klamath Falls office as needed; supervise HR activities across multiple states.
