Job summary

Ed Staub & Sons Petroleum seeks an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead HR operations from our Klamath Falls base, with the flexibility to work remotely from Bend. The role covers employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, policy development, and compliance.

Travel about 50% to the Klamath Falls Office is required. You will drive workforce development, partner with leadership, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• 5+ years of HR leadership experience in multiple states.
• Expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, and recruitment.
• Knowledge of HRIS, labor laws, ACA, OPFL.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
