Astound Broadband is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support employee relations, advise leaders, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies. You will be the trusted advisor to employees and managers, fostering a fair, inclusive, and engaging work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR or employee relations experience required, preferably in a mid- to large-sized organization.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred; HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to employees and leaders.
• Investigate and resolve employee complaints, conflicts, and workplace concerns in a fair and timely manner.
• Advise managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws to ensure compliance.
• Assist in developing and implementing employee relations programs, policies, and training.
• Partner with HR colleagues to analyze trends and recommend solutions that support engagement and retention.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations case documentation.
• Support workplace culture initiatives to foster inclusion, trust, and accountability.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams as needed on sensitive or complex cases.
