Job summary

Astound is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager who partners with leaders to manage performance, investigations, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with applicable laws. This role focuses on resolving conflicts, coaching managers, and sustaining positive employee relationships.

The position supports remote/hybrid work environments and may require travel to assist market needs. A bachelor’s degree in HR or related field plus HR certification is preferred, with 5+ years of

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a Generalist or higher role in a multi-state environment.
• Deep understanding of US employment law (Title VII, ADA, FMLA and state equivalents).
• Highly skilled in workplace investigations and conflict resolution.
• Experience in a remote/Hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for employee relations; coach and advise managers on performance and policy interpretation.
• Conduct complex workplace investigations and provide resolution recommendations.
• Advise leadership on ER issues with independent judgement, mitigating risk and improving experience.
• Develop performance improvement plans with management; take corrective actions with counsel as needed.
• Track data and trends to define process improvements; stay compliant with laws.
• Travel to support market needs as required.
