This Director of Human Resources role shapes employee relations, partners with HR leadership and legal counsel, and drives compliant, engaging programs across the workforce.

You will oversee investigations, policy enforcement, and risk management while championing inclusion and belonging.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on employee relations; leadership experience
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. employment law, labor relations, and HR compliance
• Experience leading investigations and resolving complex employee relations issues

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement the organization’s employee relations strategy, aligning with business goals
• Serve as trusted advisor to executives, leaders, and HR partners on sensitive issues
• Lead internal investigations, ensuring thorough, fair, and legally compliant processes
• Monitor workplace trends, identify risks, and implement improvements to culture and experience
• Provide training to leaders on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
• Support inclusion and belonging initiatives across the organization
