Job summary

Catholic Diocese of Columbus seeks a Manager, Human Resources to oversee administrative and analytical support, onboarding, and HR system stewardship. You will manage HR requests, develop programs to improve employee experience, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years HR experience, and alignment with Catholic teachings. You will collaborate with curia teams and serve as data coordinator and power-user for the HCM platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with analytical coursework.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary service to employees and others who contact HR, directing them to the appropriate parties and documenting concerns.
• Manage the HR request tracker, delegating items to other offices as needed.
• Development of programs to support the curia, including performance management and training.
