Center for Christian Virtue in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Human Resources Manager who will shape culture, lead strategic people initiatives, and oversee all HR operations. This role partners with senior leadership to align HR strategy with the organization's long‑term vision and goals, combining strategic planning with hands‑on execution.

Responsibilities include full‑cycle talent management, compliance, benefits administration, HRIS, and developing a high‑engagement workplace.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of HR experience in director or leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced HR certification preferred (SHRM-SCP or SPHR).
• Experience guiding macro HR strategy while managing day-to-day operations.
• Strong compliance experience across federal, state, and local regulations.
• Extensive oversight of benefits portfolios and HRIS administration.
• Proven coaching of department heads and culture initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Align HR strategy with executive leadership and organizational goals.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding with a high-touch process.
• Serve as escalation point for employee relations, investigations, and terminations.
• Oversee benefits portfolio, vendor relations, and annual renewals.
• Coach department leads on leadership development and team dynamics.
• Oversee HRIS, payroll data transmission, and monthly billing reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; update employee handbook.
• Design and improve annual performance review processes.
• Foster a vibrant workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate IT vendor liaison and other operational duties.
