Harvest Hosts, a fully remote HR-enabled company, is seeking an HR Manager to own the entire people function for a fast-growing organization with a distributed team across the United States and Europe.

You’ll lead strategy and hands-on execution across recruiting, payroll, benefits, compliance and culture, partnering with leadership to align people plans with business goals. This role requires strong communication and a builder’s mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years owning HR as a manager or the sole HR lead.
• Hands-on experience across the full HR lifecycle: recruiting, payroll, benefits, compensation, employee relations, performance management and compliance.
• Experience working with a PEO (Justworks preferred) and managing HR for a remote or multi-state workforce.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. federal and multi-state employment law; exposure to UK or European employment practices is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own all areas of Human Resources, including HR strategy and leadership; build scalable programs and processes.
• Lead full-cycle Talent Acquisition: workforce planning, job descriptions, postings, ATS, interviews, background checks, offers.
• Design onboarding and offboarding experiences; manage separations and unemployment claims.
• Oversee bi-weekly payroll and PEO management (Justworks); handle compensation and payments.
• Own compensation philosophy, salary bands, market benchmarking; manage benefits strategy and open enrollment.
• Lead performance management and coach managers on feedback and development.
• Serve as trusted advisor on employee relations; resolve workplace concerns confidentially.
• Drive Engagement and Culture: surveys, action plans, recognition programs for a remote team.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws in the US and Europe; maintain HR policies and training.
• Identify training needs and develop development opportunities for employees and managers.
