Faeth Therapeutics is seeking an experienced HR Lead to own Human Resources, People Operations, compensation, benefits, compliance, and employee relations in a fully remote U.S. role. The position reports to the Chief of Staff and supports a fast-paced biotech environment.

You will lead onboarding/offboarding, compensation benchmarking, equity administration, HRIS/payroll, and leave administration while driving learning, development, and internal communications across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience in biotech or life sciences.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and benefits administration.
• Experience managing compensation programs and equity administration.
• Experience administering HRIS and payroll processes.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to operate in high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Serve as primary contact for employee questions.
• Manage compensation planning, benchmarking, and equity planning.
• Oversee 401(k) program and benefits.
• Administer HRIS platforms and payroll coordination.
• Maintain HR records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee leave administration and performance reviews.
• Lead learning and development and company-wide communications.
• Organize All Hands meetings and employee events.
