Elevar Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our rapidly growing biotech.

This remote role supports leaders and employees across the United States, delivering organizational development, talent management, and employee engagement in close partnership with the Head of HR. You will lead workforce planning, performance enablement, and policy compliance, advise on employee relations and investigations, and design development programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 15 years; Master’s degree with 12 years; or PhD with 8 year’s experience in HR leadership.
• 10+ years’ experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or relevant area.
• Experience supporting biotech/pharma/life sciences organizations, ideally through product launches or rapid scale-up.
• Experience with global HR programs and international workforce needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR partner to business leaders across the organization.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, and risk mitigation.
• Design and deliver leadership development and team effectiveness programs.
• Advise on local employment practices for European employees and global HR standards.
• Lead core HR programs: performance management, talent reviews, succession planning.
• Collaborate with commercial leadership to ensure people capabilities align with plans.
