Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15-20+ years or Master’s with 10-15+ years in HR
• Experience in pharma/biopharma preferred and working in highly matrixed, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership programs and foster an entrepreneurial culture.
