The position supports HR Business Partners and Employee Relations leadership, handling administrative investigations, documentation, and case coordination while upholding confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience in HR-related field.
• At least three years in an HR role involving employee relations, investigations, or confidential case management.
• Understanding of HR practices, internal policies, employee relations procedures, and applicable employment laws.
• Experience with Workday, SharePoint, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake, investigation, and resolution of cases with sensitive information.
• Provide policy-based guidance and route inquiries to appropriate teams.
• Coordinate suspensions and reinstatements per established procedures.
• Support HR Business Partners during investigations with accurate records.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage multiple cases with accuracy.
