Job summary

SCG Trüpp, a technology-enabled HR managed services partner, seeks an Employee Relations Investigator to support clients nationwide. You will conduct impartial investigations into harassment, discrimination, and policy violations, and prepare defensible reports for client stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in employee relations or workplace investigations, a Bachelor's in HR or related field, and PHR or SHRM-CP certification.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in employee relations or workplace investigations.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
• Strong investigative writing skills and understanding of employment laws.
