  • Administrative Investigation Support: Partner with HR Business Partners during administrative investigations, serving as a neutral HR representative and ensuring records are accurate, complete, and consistent with investigative best practices.
  • Confidentiality and Risk Management: Protect sensitive employee information, exercise professional discretion, and handle complex employee relations matters with integrity, objectivity, and sound judgment.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Work flexible or extended hours when required and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Professional Experience: At least three years of experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or HR Specialist position, preferably involving employee relations, investigations, or confidential case management.
  • HR Knowledge: Understanding of human resources practices, internal policies, employee relations procedures, and applicable employment laws.
  • HR Certifications: SHRM-CP or PHR certification is considered an advantage.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience using Workday, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Investigative and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to assess sensitive information objectively and develop practical, policy-aligned recommendations.
  • Communication and Conflict Resolution: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle employee concerns professionally, resolve conflicts constructively, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Organization and Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidentiality and Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to safeguard sensitive information, maintain discretion, and approach complex employee relations matters with integrity and impartiality.
  • Collaboration and Adaptability: A proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented mindset, with the flexibility to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative HR team.
  • Remote Work Requirements: Reliable internet access for remote or hybrid work, where applicable.
  • Background Screening: Ability to successfully complete the required background screening.
Benefits:
  • Competitive Compensation: Hourly pay ranging from $24 to $25.
  • Temporary Employment Opportunity: One-year contract with the possibility of extension.
  • Remote Work Flexibility: Remote work opportunity within the United States, subject to applicable employment requirements.
  • Healthcare Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, subject to position and employment eligibility.
