Job summary

CAI is seeking an HR Intern to support recruiting, onboarding, talent development, and HR project work. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions and is well suited to a junior student exploring a career in human resources.

The internship runs June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027 and is a full-time, remote opportunity requiring 40 hours per week. All work must be performed within the United States.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through HR functions to gain cross-functional view of HR.
• Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Support onboarding, including documentation.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records per data retention policies.
• Help collect, organize, and analyze workforce data for leadership reports.
• Develop content highlighting CAI’s culture and value proposition as an employer of choice.
• Assist with HR projects related to engagement, benefits, and training.
• Support compliance tracking as needed.
• Use AI-powered HR tools to enhance processes.
