Job summary

CAI is seeking an HR Intern to support our Human Resources team, including operations, recruiting, onboarding, talent development, and HR project work. This full-time, remote internship runs June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027, requiring 40 hours per week and availability during core business hours.

All work must be performed within the United States. You will rotate through HR functions, assist with postings and interviews, support onboarding, maintain confidential records, analyze workforce

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Current junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HR operations, recruiting, onboarding, and talent development.
• Support job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain confidential employee records in compliance with data retention policies.
• Collect, organize, and analyze workforce data for leadership reports.
• Help develop content highlighting CAI's culture and opportunities as an employer of choice.
• Contribute to HR projects related to engagement, benefits, and training.
• Support compliance tracking as needed.
• Utilize AI-powered HR tools.
