Job summary

Endurance Warranty Services, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Generalist (Unemployment & Progressive Discipline) to support unemployment claims management and policy compliance from a remote work setup. The role focuses on managing the unemployment process, hearings, and discipline documentation to protect the company’s tax ratings.

The HRG will work closely with managers to document policy violations, performance issues, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years HR related work experience with unemployment and disciplinary processes.
• Proven background in employee progressive discipline and full cycle unemployment claims management.
• Knowledge of employment laws including Title VII, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, OSHA, ERISA, etc.
• Organized, accurate, thorough, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to management and employees, explaining policies.
• Handle unemployment administration including claims processing, hearings, appeals.
• Manage state unemployment notices, gather data, review termination files, and respond.
• Represent the company at unemployment hearings and prepare witness testimony.
• Review quarterly benefit charges and report claim trends to HR leadership.
• Guide supervisors through corrective action steps and documentation.
