Responsibilities

• Serve as HR Business Partner to project leadership.
• Provide HR services including records management, AA/EEO compliance, and personnel transactions.
• Maintain HR records and files in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with payroll and other departments on confidential information.
• Coach and consult on employee relations and performance management.
• Assist with onboarding of new employees and exit meetings as needed.
