Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Experience in large organizations or construction sector preferred.
• Knowledge of HR policies, confidentiality, and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Guide HR functions for recruiting, employee relations, talent management, training, and benefits.
• Serve as liaison for employees and support BU leadership on people-related needs.
• Administer HR programs and respond to employee inquiries in a timely manner.
• Lead Talent Acquisition activities including internships and campus recruiting.
• Coordinate onboarding, offers, and new hire orientation processes.
• Support immigration/work authorization processes and employee relations counseling.
