Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced HR leader to manage the full employment life cycle, including recruiting, employee relations, talent management, training, and benefits across one or more business units in Cincinnati, OH.

You will supervise HR Generalists/Administrators, partner with BU leadership, and ensure policy compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Travel as needed to support multi-location operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 7+ years of HR experience and 3+ years in a supervisory capacity.
• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred, or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full employment life cycle including recruiting, employee relations, talent management, training, and benefits.
• Provide guidance to BU leadership on people-related needs and compliance with laws and policies.
• Lead HR generalists/administrators across multiple locations and partner with HQ Talent Management.
