Advanced Strategic Insight, Inc. (ASI) is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support HR operations, coordinate talent acquisition, administer employee benefits, and ensure regulatory compliance across federal, state, and local laws.

The role reports to the Director of Human Resources and collaborates with leadership, employees, and external providers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, handles confidential information with discretion, and can manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in human resources, recruiting coordination, benefits administration, or related administrative HR function.
• Working knowledge of HR processes, employee benefits administration, and general employment compliance requirements.
• Experience using an HRIS or ATS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to work independently with a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full recruiting lifecycle including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and communications.
• Partner with HR leadership to understand staffing requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Support day-to-day administration of benefits programs including retirement plans.
• Assist with compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and reporting.
• Coordinate onboarding, including documentation, BambooHR tasks, and tracking.
• Assist with offboarding, documentation, equipment return, and benefits notifications.
• Develop and maintain HR procedures, templates, and resources to streamline workflows.
