Job summary

Frontline Group, a 100% remote BPO and contact center, is seeking an HR Generalist/Recruiter to own day-to-day people operations for a multi-state remote workforce. The role is ~70% HR generalist work—compliance, payroll, benefits, open enrollment, 401(k) filings, and employee relations—and ~30% recruiting for contact center roles.

Qualifications

• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification required.
• 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience across multiple states.
• Working knowledge of multi-state employment law (wage, hour, leave, termination).
• Payroll and benefits administration including open enrollment.
• 1+ year of recruiting experience; high-volume hiring.
• Experience with BambooHR or comparable HRIS and ATS.
• Discretion and sound judgment with confidential information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote employees.
• Self-directed and organized to run a compliance calendar.
• Reliable home office with high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-state HR generalist duties: compliance, payroll, benefits, enrollment, and 401(k).
• Manage recruiting for contact center roles and other openings.
• Post and manage listings, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain a warm candidate pipeline and report on time-to-fill and metrics.
• Collaborate with CFO on benefits and payroll cost analysis.
