Job summary

InteLogix is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role supports a range of HR activities, including policy development, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with federal and state laws.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR experience, with specific experience in California wage/hour rules and CFRA/PDL leave, and proficiency with HRIS systems. The position is full-time and remote, with open to candidates across multiple states.

Qualifications

• ~5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• ~5+ years supporting California employees with CA wage/hour rules and CFRA/PDL leave.
• ~Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines and employment laws.
• ~Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; maintain employee handbook.
• Handle employee relations counseling and exit interviewing.
• Participate in staff meetings and attend seminars.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws.
• Support performance management processes and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct HR investigations and provide recommendations.
