Job summary

Centricity Research is seeking an HR Generalist to support employees in Canada and the United States across onboarding, benefits, leaves, employee relations, HR reporting, compliance, and process improvement.

This fully remote role welcomes candidates in Canada or the US, with core Eastern Time hours; you’ll partner with the Director of People Operations to drive a collaborative, data-driven People team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources or People Operations experience.
• Hands-on experience across onboarding, HR administration, benefits, leaves, employee relations, and compliance.
• Experience supporting U.S. employees or knowledge of U.S. employment practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support leaders and employees across Canada and the U.S. throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Be an approachable, trusted resource on HR policies, employee relations, benefits, leaves, and employment practices, escalating complex matters when appropriate.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, employee records, HRIS updates, benefits administration, leave coordination, and compliance activities.
• Support workplace investigations, performance matters, and manager coaching with care and sound judgment.
• Prepare workforce reports and use People data to identify trends and support decisions.
