Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an HR Manager / HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, payroll coordination through a PEO, benefits administration, onboarding, and compliance for a multi‑state workforce.

The role offers flexible remote work with potential onsite days for local candidates and an opportunity toOwn day-to-day HR operations with strong leadership support.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• Hands-on HR Manager/Generalist experience with end-to-end HR processes preferred.
• Strong payroll knowledge for multistate workforces and payroll systems.
• Experience handling benefits, onboarding/offboarding, and HR compliance.

Mansioni

• Oversee HR administration, payroll coordination, benefits, onboarding, compliance, and employee support.
• Support recruiting and hiring processes with external recruiters and candidate sourcing.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across the multi-state remote workforce.
• Maintain HR policies, handbooks, personnel records, and training tracking.
