GDH is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support payroll, benefits, compensation, HR systems, reporting, and compliance across the organization. The role ensures accurate HR data, administers key programs, and handles sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll, benefits, HR systems, or similar responsibilities.
• Knowledge of HR processes, compliance requirements, and operational best practices.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing employee data and records.
• Ability to document and support HR processes in evolving environments.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Administer payroll processes and coordinate with payroll vendors and finance teams.
• Support total rewards programs, including benefits and incentive programs.
• Administer and maintain HRIS, performance management, compensation, and benefits platforms.
• Generate and analyze workforce data and reports to support HR operations and compliance.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including open enrollment and reporting.
• Support compensation programs, including pay structures and equity analysis.
• Prepare and coordinate required state and federal HR filings.
• Support leave administration and coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Assist with applicant tracking and recruiting system administration as needed.
• Contribute to HR initiatives and maintain data integrity and documentation.
